The story of the most heartless king!
Whoever did arrogant and wronged on this earth, Allah has made it a sign.
Similarly, in the time of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) the name of the king of Egypt was Pharaoh. Pharaoh was the name given to every king who ruled Egypt.The name of the Pharaoh of the time of Moses( peace be upon him) was Walid bin Musab bin Ryan.History writes that he used to inflict severe oppression on the people, tortured the people in various ways and forced the laborers to work hard and pay very little.And whoever not used to submit him he used to kill him unjustly.
That is why God revealed to His beloved Prophet Moses (peace be upon him): O Moses, go to Pharaoh, he has become rebellious. Give him My message that he must stop torturing to the human beings.When Moses conveyed the message of God to Pharaoh, he mocked at it and laughed.Said: I am their god and i don’t believe in your God.
Thus Allah had been showing His Signs by Moses(peace be upon him) The whole of Egypt had been slowly slowly watching the miracle of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) and the people were amazed. Some believed in God, and others questioned Pharaoh.
Seeing the rumors and miracles of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) everywhere, Pharaoh finally intends to kill Moses (peace be upon him) and all the children of Israel.God revealed to Prophet Moses (peace be upon him): O Moses, take your people away from here in the night . Pharaoh intends to kill you and the Children of Israel.According to the command of Allah Almighty, Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) took the children of Israel and left.
When Pharaoh got the news of this incident, Pharaoh became angry and said: I will kill Moses and his people I will not let them go.Pharaoh angrily had been searching for Moses with thousands of soldiers.The Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) was in front and Pharaoh was looking for Moses behind him.
Eventually, the army of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) reached the river Nile and Pharaoh followed them, seeking them. The children of Israel said to Prophet Moses (peace be upon him)O Moses, where did you trap us? What we will do now?In front is the river and behind is Pharaoh’s army he will surely kill us.Moses (peace be upon him) said: O people, do not be afraid, Allah is with us. It can never be that Allah leaves us alone in this situation and let Pharaoh’s army slay us.And they said: O Musa! How shall we go out of the sea?
Now it was said that the voice of power came from the veil of the unseen, O Moses, strike your staff in the riverJust as Moses struck the river with his staff half the water went to this and half to that side.In the meantime, God cleared the way
And the twelve tribes of Israel said: O Moses! Tell your God that we have some differences with each other. Make separate paths for us. Moses (sws) attacked the river twelve times with his stuff, then it became twelve ways.When the Nile became twelve paths twelve groups started crossing the river from different places.
When the people of Pharaoh’s army saw this scene, they too followed them Just as the army of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) crossed the Nile and reached this direction, the army of Pharaoh had reached the middle of the river.
Then Allah said:O river, be as it was before, and the water of the river merged pharaoh and his army had been drowning.The army of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) was watching this scene and was giving thanks to Allah
Then Pharaoh shouted, “O Moses, I believe in your God.”O Moses, your God is all-powerfulThe voice came to the unseen so much that now you have believed when you have seen the torment
O Pharaoh, we will make your body a lesson for those who come so that every human being knows that man should not be arrogant on earth.
