Allamah Ahmed Ibne Mohammad al-Husaini Ardakani
narrates that a lady saw her deceased daughter in her
dream while she was in a condition of severe
punishment. She awoke from her sleep in fear and
began grieving over what she had seen. She remained
saddened till such time that she saw her daughter again
in her dream – but this time her daughter was in a good
condition and ambling in the realm of paradise.
Amazed, she asked her daughter – what granted you
relief from the punishment of Allah? She said, O my
mother! I was in severe punishment but some days ago
a person came to the cemetery and recited salawaat few
times and gifted it reward to those buried there. Due to
that, Allah ordered that all the dwellers of the graves
should be relieved of His punishment.
